Unlimited ($297/mo) fits an agency past 3 clients. The price stays the same however many sub-accounts you add, and you can rebill phone and email at cost.

Mainly the number of sub-accounts (client accounts): Starter includes 3, Unlimited has no limit. Unlimited also lets you rebill phone and email costs to clients (at cost, no markup) and adds basic API access.
What does Agency Pro add?
Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode (sell HighLevel as your own software with automatic sub-account creation), rebilling phone and email with your own markup, user and agent reporting, and advanced API access.
Does each extra client cost more?
Not on the plan itself: Unlimited and Agency Pro include unlimited sub-accounts. Per-sub-account add-ons do scale with clients (for example AI Employee or WhatsApp), and so does usage like SMS, calls and email.
Are there hidden fees?

Is there a long-term contract?
