How the money moves in SaaS Mode
Subscriptions: you create plans in HighLevel's SaaS Configurator and clients pay through your connected Stripe account. HighLevel's help center says charges your Stripe makes to client cards belong to your agency (rebilling and wallets).
Usage: HighLevel always charges your agency wallet for clients' texts, calls, email and AI. With rebilling on, your Stripe then charges the client's wallet: at cost on Unlimited, or at your marked-up price on Agency Pro. See the usage rates.
Turning it off: if you disable SaaS for a client, HighLevel cancels the subscription and deletes the client's wallet, and refunds are up to you (SaaS Mode FAQ).
What the calculator leaves out
- Your time: onboarding, support and building each client's account. A ready-made snapshot cuts the build time; they cost $197 and up.
- Sales and ad costs to win clients.
- Refunds, failed payments and chargebacks.
- Sales tax and income tax.

Yes, on Agency Pro. HighLevel charges your agency wallet at its price, then your Stripe charges the client's wallet at your marked-up price. Rebilling AI Employee usage also needs the $497 plan.
What happens if I turn SaaS Mode off for a client?
HighLevel says the client's subscription is cancelled and their wallet is deleted. Your agency gets the wallet balance by email and handles any refunds.
