AI Studio: Git Sync with GitHub
The short version
Connect a GitHub account to any AI Studio project and keep your code in sync both ways. AI Studio creates a private repository for the project, pushes every version you save, and pulls back every commit made outside it.
Good to know
- Works with React (Vite) and TanStack Start projects.
- Commits made by AI Studio appear as "GHL AI Studio", not your GitHub identity.
- Only the connected branch is synced.
- Projects that don't connect GitHub see no change.
